Congrats Bjorn Johnston

Bjorn Johnston Now Riding For KR3W And SUPRA

Wednesday, February 1, Fountain Valley, CA—ONE Distribution is pleased to announce that Bjorn Johnston is the newest member of the KR3W and SUPRA Australian teams.

“Bjorn has been a long time friend of mine and of the teams for years,” said Dennis Martin. “He’s been killing it ever since I first met him and he totally fits in with our style.”

Bjorn was born and raised in New Zealand, and four years ago moved to Australia where he’s had a steady presence in the magazines and is never far from the top of the heap in contests. Bjorn doesn’t have any VB or Vegemite tattoos, but he does have his family crest and some battleships inked on his body in homage to his Nordic heritage. His skateboard roots run just as deep: he has a tattoo of a picture from the 70s of his dad doing a handstand on a skateboard.

“When the chance to ride for KR3W and SUPRA came up,” Bjorn said, “I couldn’t have been more psyched. I had met and skated with a bunch of the team before, always thought the product was cool. The thing I’m most excited about is that when I was growing up, Muska, Penny, and Stevie Williams were some of my favorite skaters, so the chance to ride for the same companies as they do is amazing.”

KR3W and SUPRA look forward to a strong relationship with Bjorn and are proud to make him the first Kiwi to join the global team.

Founded in 2006, SUPRA quickly became one of the world’s leading independent footwear brands. SUPRA is recognized for its groundbreaking silhouettes, unique combination of materials, and dynamic color stories. Originally born out of Southern California skateboard culture, SUPRA has remained firmly committed to its roots while also offering distinctive and compelling products to a broad, international audience. Changes to Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

Dear Google user,

We’re getting rid of over 60 different privacy policies across Google and replacing them with one that’s a lot shorter and easier to read. Our new policy covers multiple products and features, reflecting our desire to create one beautifully simple and intuitive experience across Google.

We believe this stuff matters, so please take a few minutes to read our updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at http://www.google.com/policies. These changes will take effect on March 1, 2012.

One policy, one Google experience __________________________________________________________________

Easy to work across Google

Our new policy reflects a single product experience that does what you need, when you want it to. Whether you’re reading an email that reminds you to schedule a family get-together or finding a favorite video that you want to share, we want to ensure you can move across Gmail, Calendar, Search, YouTube, or whatever your life calls for with ease.

Tailored for you

If you’re signed into Google, we can do things like suggest search queries – or tailor your search results – based on the interests you’ve expressed in Google+, Gmail, and YouTube. We’ll better understand which version of Pink or Jaguar you’re searching for and get you those results faster.

Easy to share and collaborate

When you post or create a document online, you often want others to see and contribute. By remembering the contact information of the people you want to share with, we make it easy for you to share in any Google product or service with minimal clicks and errors. __________________________________________________________________

Protecting your privacy hasn’t changed

Our goal is to provide you with as much transparency and choice as possible, through products like Google Dashboard and Ads Preferences Manager, alongside other tools. Our privacy principles remain unchanged. And we’ll never sell your personal information or share it without your permission (other than rare circumstances like valid legal requests).

Got questions? We’ve got answers.

Visit our FAQ at http://www.google.com/policies/faq to read more about the changes. (We figured our users might have a question or twenty-two.) __________________________________________________________________

Notice of Change

March 1, 2012 is when the new Privacy Policy and Terms will come into effect. If you choose to keep using Google once the change occurs, you will be doing so under the new Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

The Funhouse Food Spot @ El Morro in Brooklyn

Whats up yall… The week has been so good to me that I can only thank God Almighty for all the blessings in my life…

Today I had the chance to Visit my grandma Nilda and then head on down over to the Funhouse Food Spot over in Boro Park Brooklyn. The former and famous REDS, has been transformed into a neighborhood delight! A palatial pot for the palate for every hungry soul in search of that little extra in there sangwich, Some extra sauce on that burger and just enough authentic seasoning No gentrification here guy, this is authentic HOOD FOOD from the one and only HOOD CHEF..

It’s really not what your thinking, its more like two restaurants in one, The first being: El Morro. El Morro is what an authentic Salvordian / Mexican food spot should look like. A few booths a few tables, jukebox, mosaics and all that..then theres this little archway into another room,  a gateway into a place where everybody knows your name..where no one dresses the same or orders the same kind f burger. Formerly Reds Bar & Restaurant a neighborhood spot for many many years but now under new ownership and management. The old owners had been there forever and now there’s new blood in there a whole new menu and a host of goodies on the other side if the doors. Imagine two menus both mastered by one amazing Chef named Hector Vasquez better known as The Hood Chef. His vivid imagination, passion for cooking, the ability to combine the strong flavors of fish and fowl, A trademark grill cheese sangwhich that had Hot97′s listeners looking for The Hood Chef in every hood is what the Funhouse Food Spot is all about.

Enjoy the photos as I let them speak for themselves. Unfortunately I can only say hoe good the atmosphere, music and beer was cause i was in and out and everything is made to order. Yes, made to order, so when the  as fresh as you can possibly get

Introducing The artist: D*Face

This is one of my favorite graffiti artists D*Face painting the streets. About D*FACE What now seems like a lifetime but is merely a decade ago I sat slumped at my desk, head on arm pushing a pencil round a piece of paper dreaming up ways to kill time and break the chains holding me to my desk, Monday to Friday each day became the same and I was eating my brain.

Sucker Punch TV x Crazy Legs x Break Free Jam 2011

2011 Break Free Jam held in Houston Texas.

During the jam Sucker Punch TV got a chance to sit down with the legendary Crazy Legs of rock steady fame.

Rodrigo gets to listen to the knowledge and history of break with Richard ” crazy Legs ” Colon. Hip hop, battling, breaking, top-rocking just a few words you might need to learn….

Heres an excerpt from the WIKI page for Crazy Legs:

“Richard Colón (born January, 1966) better known by his stage name Crazy Legs is a b-boy from the Bronx, New York City, USA. He featured in the earliest stories on hip hop dancing to appear in mainstream press, and as president of the Rock Steady Crew brought the form to London and Paris in 1983. Today he is also involved in community outreach, dance instruction and dance theater productions. His pioneering status is reflected in his appearances in fiction films and documentaries, old and new. Crazy Legs is the only original member remaining of the Rock Steady Crew, and is its current president.
